Regra do impedimento: condenação do árbitro assistente

Resumo

Introdução: neste artigo é desenvolvido um modelo que inclui os principais elementos de uma situação típica de jogo em que o árbitro assistente deve julgar um possível impedimento. Neste quadro conceitual, incorpora-se o pressuposto de que o assistente realiza uma mudança de olhar e só pode avaliar a posição relativa do atacante em relação ao penúltimo adversário milésimos de segundos após o passe.
Objetivo: identificar os determinantes do grau de dificuldade que existe na decisão correta em que o árbitro assistente deve julgar um possível impedimento.
Material e métodos: métodos analítico-sintéticos e sistêmicos estrutural-funcionais foram utilizados como métodos teóricos de pesquisa científica. Dos empíricos, análise documental e perícia, bem como métodos estatísticos (Testes de hipóteses.
Resultados: mostra-se que na maioria dos casos uma decisão deve ser tomada no momento em que a distorção derivada deste facto atinge a sua expressão máxima.
Conclusões: as estimativas feitas para diferentes situações permitem verificar e quantificar as derivações do modelo.
