Action plan for recovery in school field hockey athletes at the offensive penalty corner

Abstract
The work considers the needs to improve the teaching-learning process of the offensive penalty corner and aims to offer a system of exercises for the teaching-learning process of the offensive penalty corner in field hockey athletes of category 13 -15 years. The group of exercises was structured from its objective, contains several interrelated elements and requires that the sports teacher reach his athletes with more clarity in order to achieve transformative active intervention. Among the investigative methods used, scientific observation and the survey demonstrated the wide possibilities offered by the designed exercise system. The guidelines offered for these exercises and their connection with life, constitute novel elements of practical use, and a possible way to tackle a current problem in field hockey, such as the execution of the penalty corner on offense by teams. sports, the efficient use of time and thus improve the quality of the game during competitions. Recovery is also carried out by pedagogical, medical and psychological means by applying a load to evaluate the recovery at the moment of taking the penalty corner.
