Methodology for teaching therapeutic physical culture to asthmatic students with special educational needs

Abstract
The objective of the research is to prepare the Therapeutic Physical Culture teachers, on new ways and procedures towards the improvement of the physical condition of asthmatic students with special educational needs, with the use of Tai chi. The implementation of the methodology and evaluation was carried out with the use of the quasi-experiment. For the contextualization of these implementation actions, socialization workshops were organized with the teachers. The results obtained demonstrate its validity through the respiratory function tests carried out. The proposal gives participants a better performance as protagonists and responsible for their learning.
