Therapeutic integral methodology for the treatment of the psicophycal stress in an athlete of basketball

Abstract
Context: The poor quality and lifestyle of the athlete, the limitations from the personal, social and work point of view, the lack of incorporation of therapeutic activities of the patient at the appropriate time and the little motivation to carry out physical activities and the ignorance of behavioral therapies related to somato-psychic relaxation, causes psychophysical stress, a condition that affects the psychic sphere, the osteomyoarticular system and metabolism in general.
Objective: to develop a therapeutic intervention protocol that includes physical and psychotherapeutic procedures for the treatment of pathological stress syndrome.
Methods: It was decided to develop a set of therapeutic physical procedures for the treatment of pathological stress supported by scientific methods of the theoretical and empirical level.
Results: The results that are demonstrated are the positive changes in the psychophysiological indicators of the stress syndrome and the Indicators of the dysfunction of the psychosomatic activity of the sympathetic nervous system.
Conclusions: We conclude by saying that the methodology proposed and supported in an intervention protocol partially responds to the signs and symptoms of this condition due to the interaction of the therapeutic components
