System of exercises for the improvement of the rapid force in the lower train in balloonists in the male category 13-14

Abstract
The objective of this work is to analyze from a social perspective of Science, Technology and Technological Innovation the methodological proposal of a handball exercise system in the community sphere, taking into account the poor results achieved in this segment by the team in the last years. In the research, 13 athletes were taken as a sample, which make up the universe of enrollment representing 100%. The authors carry out a thorough analysis of the arguments that support the work of rapid force, and the motor and affective characteristics of the balloonists , as well as the social environment that surrounds it through historical - logical methods, analysis - synthesis and induction - deduction, the experiment, measurement (pre test, post test), observation. Together with the review of the bibliography, they set the guidelines for an exercise plan, whose planning, structure and methodological indications offer the possibility of applying them effectively. In addition, statistical methods such as average, variance, minimum, maximum, elastic force index, percent increase and power were used, allowing us to perform a deep analysis of the results obtained, according to the Carmelo Bosco test. In the report conclusions and precise recommendations are reached in order to improve the sporting results of the equipment object of our investigation.
