Therapeutic prophylactic method for the treatment of soft tissues in the knees of young basketball players

Abstract
The prophylactic treatment in the knees of the basketball players is very important because it is the fastest way to avoid injuries and traumas that occur in recurrent injuries in their sporting life. However, the reality cannot be easier than the same athlete that is possible and that it is possible to discover the beginning of the possible injuries of the parties. soft knees, that is why we consider that we have established in the physical rehabilitation process the option for the athlete to learn to treat then we would be expanding the metacognition of these procedures based on this in this article we set ourselves as an objective prophylactic therapeutic methodology for the attention of the novice basketball players throughout their sporting life. This is an original vision that contributes to the enrichment of the humanist character. For the development of it, the knowledge related to the physiological morphological part on the subject inside and outside the country was reviewed, as well as the history of the athletes.
